Having a growth mindset is all the buzz. Grow more positive. Grow more successful. Grow as a person. Grow as a professional. Grow in your relationships…. grow, grow, grow, grow.
It is great advice because if you aren't growing you're dying.
Many people find the idea of growth overwhelming. Like, “I better carve out a few months of time so I can grow.” (Insert butt scratch here.)

Or if you are introverted like myself, you feel like you need to be alone and secluded for real growth to happen. And yes there is real envy that the caterpillar gets to do its major growth hidden away in a cocoon.

Listen to music.
Draw while you work.
Chunk your work schedule
Make sure your priorities are getting worked on every day
Make time for you
Make time for your family and friends
Once a month, week, or day do something totally new
Get out of your comfort zone
Change up your workout routine
Eat healthy

Sing
Pet a cat.
- Make new friends
Every single one of these tasks will expand your mind, achieve success, make you more focused, and happier. And that is what I call growth in the right direction.
