Your “why yous” are why you are best at all that you excel in.
By being consciously aware of what you do and why you do it you can walk into every situation with a clear purpose and direction.
This clarity isn't just simply what you are looking for and are about. It also helps create strong non verbal communication that attracts other leaders who know what they want too.
By knowing clearly as well as being able to articulate your “why yous,” you know how and when you can be of service.
Once you truly understand these 3 areas of you, the strength and confidence you will carry will translate into strong influence over those around you.
